Our Return Policy
 
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges of our products due to health and safety reasons. If you receive a defective item or incorrect order, simply login to your account, click the “complete orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via email of your refund or exchange once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
 
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Cancel Order

If you wish to cancel your order,  fill out contact form below ASAP. Otherwise charges may occur. Once your order ships, it cannot be cancelled.


Shipping

We currently ship only to the United States only. We can ship to other countries but please note that shipping costs will be fairly high. Please use Contact Us form to let us know of your request to ship to an alternative country. We hope to expand in the future. Dermasuri ships using USPS and delivery should be expected withing 5-7 days. If you do not receive you mitt in that time frame, please contact us using the form below. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
