Wet or soak your feet thoroughly, and pat them dry. Use the coarse side to exfoliate skin, then use the fine side to smooth it out. Finish with your favorite foot lotion.

This callus file is very easy to hold and use. I like that it has a handle on it versus some of the stones I have used in the past.
This worked better than I expected. Most products to remove dead skin from feet don't work very well, just sort of feel-good products. The bumpy side of this file actually removes some dead skin. Usually, I use a razor to scrape the dead skin off my feet and I suspect that will remain the most effective, but this works pretty well.
