No soap
Shower, bathe or steam in hot water for 5 minutes. Avoid soaps as the fabric relies on friction.
Squeeze the excess
Turn off water and squeeze away excess water from the mitt and leave mitt slightly damp.
Remove dry skin
Exfoliate using vigorous, up and downward motion until you see dry skin cells roll away. Apply pressure for optimal results.
Rinse thoroughly after each use and hang to air dry. Replace every 4-6 months.

I’ve never exfoliated in my life before! So seeing how much dead skin came off in a few strokes was GROSS but I LOVE THIS THING I felt soooo soft and clean after, even days later, my thighs were baby smooth!

I had some longstanding KP bumps on my thighs and arms that just got worse over the dry winter months. I use an SA/LA cream that helps some, but this mitt was the missing piece! I’ve had this mitt two weeks, and the KP on my arms is totally gone
